This tutorial walks you through creating your first campaign, connecting a traffic source, and generating your first batch of personalized pages.

## Before you start

You will need:

- A NeuroPage account (sign up at [neuropage.io](https://neuropage.io))
- A list of leads with LinkedIn URLs (or a connected outbound tool)
- Your product URL, so NeuroPage can extract your brand and copy automatically

---

## Step 1: Connect your domain

NeuroPage serves personalized pages under your own domain (e.g., `pages.yourcompany.com`). This is required before any pages can be published.

1. Go to **Settings** → **Domains** in the sidebar
2. Click **Add domain**
3. Enter your subdomain, such as `pages.yourcompany.com`
4. Copy the CNAME record shown on screen
5. Add the CNAME record to your DNS provider (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Route 53, etc.)
6. Click **Verify** — DNS propagation usually takes 1–5 minutes

Once verified, the domain status changes to **Active** and you can start publishing pages.

---

## Step 2: Set up your brand

NeuroPage extracts your brand automatically from your website, but you can refine it.

1. Go to **Settings** → **Brand**
2. Enter your product URL and click **Extract from website**
3. NeuroPage will detect your logo, colors, fonts, and copy
4. Review and adjust:
   - **Logo** — Upload your logo if auto-detection missed it
   - **Colors** — Primary, background, and text colors
   - **Fonts** — Heading and body font families
   - **Voice** — Tone (formal ↔ casual), energy level, words to avoid

Your brand settings are applied to every page generated across all campaigns.

---

## Step 3: Create a campaign

1. Go to **Campaigns** in the sidebar
2. Click **New Campaign**
3. Complete the five-step wizard:

### Step 3a — Campaign goal
Choose what you want visitors to do:
- **Generate meetings** — Book a demo call (most common)
- **Generate leads** — Capture contact information
- **Sell product** — Drive direct purchases or signups
- **Educate prospects** — Build trust and awareness
- **Validate interest** — Test demand for a new offering

### Step 3b — Product details
- **Campaign name** — Internal name (e.g., "Q2 Agency Outreach")
- **Product description** — 2–4 sentences describing what you sell
- **Value propositions** — Three to five bullet points listing key benefits
- **Call-to-action** — Text and destination URL (e.g., "Book a demo" → your Calendly link)

### Step 3c — Page sections
Choose which sections appear on generated pages:
- Hero, Problem, Solution, How It Works, Pricing, FAQ, Reviews, CTA

### Step 3d — Traffic source
Connect or configure how leads will enter this campaign (see Step 4).

### Step 3e — Review & launch
Review your settings and click **Launch campaign**.

---

## Step 4: Add leads

There are three ways to add leads to a campaign.

### Option A — CSV upload

1. In your campaign, click **Add leads** → **Upload CSV**
2. Your CSV must include `linkedin_url` as the minimum required field
3. Optional fields for richer personalization:
   - `email`, `first_name`, `last_name`, `company`, `job_title`
4. Map your CSV columns to NeuroPage fields
5. Click **Import** — page generation begins immediately

### Option B — Webhook API

Push leads programmatically from any tool:

```
POST https://neuropage.io/api/webhooks/leads/{shortCode}?key={webhookSecret}
{
  "linkedin_url": "https://linkedin.com/in/sarah-chen",
  "email": "sarah@acme.com",
  "first_name": "Sarah",
  "last_name": "Chen",
  "company": "Acme Corp",
  "job_title": "VP of Engineering"
}
```

Find your campaign's `shortCode` and `webhookSecret` under **Campaign settings** → **Integrations**.

### Option C — Native integration

Connect Apollo, Instantly, or another supported tool (see the [Integrations](/docs/integrations/integrations) section).

---

## Step 5: Export personalized URLs

Once pages are generated (usually within a few seconds per lead), export the URLs to use in your outreach.

1. In your campaign, click **Export URLs**
2. Download the CSV — each row contains the lead's data plus their unique personalized URL
3. Copy the URL column into your email sequence, LinkedIn tool, or ad campaign

Each URL looks like: `pages.yourcompany.com/abc-sarah-chen`

---

## Step 6: Track results

Monitor engagement from your campaign dashboard:

| Metric | What it means |
|---|---|
| Page views | Number of unique visits to personalized pages |
| Time on page | Average engagement depth |
| CTA clicks | Number of visitors who clicked your call-to-action |
| Conversion rate | CTA clicks ÷ page views |
| Top personas | Which buyer types are engaging most |

Prospects who spend more than 30 seconds on their page or click your CTA are showing strong buying intent — prioritize them for follow-up.
